The conflict is rooted in an incident on June 3 when the couple returned to their Los Angeles home, where they were staying with Robinson’s father, J. Will Robinson. Sandoval alleged that a heated verbal disagreement escalated into a physical confrontation.
According to Sandoval’s filing, during the argument, he discovered Robinson recording him on her phone. When he confronted her about the recording, he claims Robinson lunged at him. In his declaration, Sandoval described a startling sequence of events: while he was barricaded in the spare room, Robinson allegedly followed him, threatened him, and punched a large hole in the door. He further claimed she put her face in that opening, smiling and telling him she would “destroy” him and called him a “motherfucker.”
Sandoval’s account continued with allegations that after this incident, Victoria entered the room and struck him on the face and temple area. He stated that the impact was so severe it blurred his vision, resulting in bruising near his temple and eyebrow ridge, as well as bleeding from his ear and neck.
The severity of the situation led to legal intervention. Victoria Lee Robinson was arrested on June 3 on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. She subsequently posted $50,000 in bail.
