He recalled how early pioneers, such as Peter Jackson, utilized programs like MASSIVE to give thousands of orcs individual minds—a brilliant early example of AI’s potential in world-building.

For Serkis, the true artistic triumph lies in marrying old-school mastery with new methods. He expressed a strong desire to reintroduce traditional filmmaking skills, such as working with miniatures and prosthetics, insisting on blending these techniques for a richer visual experience that aligns with his taste.
