Balanga has just opened the doors on a significant international chapter for the acclaimed history documentary, Beasts of the Colosseum. This major sales initiative marks the first major global distribution of the film, bringing the epic story to audiences across Europe and North America.

The documentary, known for its deep dive into ancient history, has secured a wide range of acquisitions, cementing its place as a cultural event. The deal involves a powerful coalition of broadcasters, ensuring that the narrative of the Colosseum’s history reaches diverse and engaged viewerships.

The rights for international sales were secured by a consortium of major media players. In Europe, the documentary is set to be broadcast across several prominent networks, including Mediaset in Italy, ZDF/Terra X in Germany, and SVT in Sweden. This multi-national reach highlights the global appetite for historical storytelling.

Adding another crucial element to this distribution network is Radio-Canada, bringing the story to the North American market. This expansive partnership demonstrates the global appeal of the film, moving beyond regional borders to connect audiences with a shared historical epic.
