Following a massive expansion of its content library and a strategic merger, Banijay Entertainment is entering a new phase of growth, setting a clear direction for its sales operations. This evolution is underpinned by an impressive volume of content, boasting more than 250,000 hours of material available to its audience.

To manage this expanded scope and capitalize on the growth, the company has established a robust sales structure led by chief Cathy Payne. Payne has appointed a dedicated team of five Banijay Rights lieutenants, each tasked with driving success across global markets.

These five key leaders form the core of the strategy, ensuring that the vast content library is effectively leveraged across different geographical areas. The team is comprised of Matt Creasey, who oversees sales for the World excluding EMEA region; Stephen Driscoll, who manages EMEA sales; and Rachel Job, who contributes to the overall market strategy.

The specific roles assigned demonstrate a focus on both global reach and regional expertise. Matt Creasey is responsible for the sales performance in the World excluding EMEA, while Stephen Driscoll handles the critical EMEA market. Rachel Job also plays a vital role in managing the regional aspects of the enterprise.

This structured approach allows Banijay Entertainment to maximize the potential of its extensive catalog. By organizing the sales team under a single, dynamic leadership, the company is positioned to transform its substantial content into global commercial success.
