Epic Art Heist Movie ‘Masterplan’ Trailer Starring Stanley Tucci
Get ready to rethink history, because a brand new cinematic masterpiece is locking and keying up the streaming world. Prime Video and Gaumont have just unveiled the full official trailer for Masterplan, an epic art heist comedy that promises more than just priceless artifacts—it promises a priceless family reunion.
This French-Italian Prime Original is set to drop this fall, inviting audiences to follow a legendary art thief on a truly chaotic quest. The plot kicks off when this master criminal recruits two unsuspecting young strangers to join him in attempting the ultimate prize: stealing the Mona Lisa from the hallowed halls of the Louvre in Paris.
But the heist is only the beginning. As the thieves navigate the high-stakes world of priceless art, they uncover a far more complicated secret. The true twist lies in the unexpected reveal: the legendary thief is, in fact, their father. Suddenly thrust into a whirlwind of chaotic history and familial obligation, these unlikely companions must learn how to team up—or perhaps, how to survive each other—if they hope to pull off the heist of the century.
The film is anchored by a stellar cast, bringing a unique blend of wit and charm to the story. Stanley Tucci steps into the role of the elusive art thief Roger, while Simona Tabasco plays Chiara, joined by Victor Belmondo and Jay in this unforgettable adventure.
Filmed across the scenic landscapes of France and Italy, the film delivers a visually rich experience that perfectly complements the high-stakes comedy. It’s a story that balances the thrill of a legendary crime with the messy, hilarious reality of an unplanned family dynamic.
Is this the heist they were born for? Or is the real prize something far more valuable than the Mona Lisa? Prepare for Masterplan, arriving on streaming platforms this October, promising an unforgettable dose of art, adventure, and family drama.
