Ghost Rider MCU Release Date Gosling & Levy

The cinematic landscape is buzzing with new dates and unexpected pairings, as Ryan Gosling and director Shawn Levy continue to weave a tapestry of blockbuster entertainment. The spotlight is currently focused on their upcoming collaboration, an anticipated motion picture that promises a fiery blend of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and classic mythology: Ghost Rider.

This highly anticipated MCU movie, titled Untitled Ghost Rider, is officially slated to hit theaters on July 28, 2028. This grand cinematic event will arrive after another major MCU installment, Untitled X-Men, scheduled for May 5, 2028, setting the stage for an epic summer release.

While the exact plot remains under wraps, early whispers suggest that the demonic forces guiding the Ghost Rider narrative might involve iconic figures like Mephisto, Lilith, or Blackheart. Fans are eagerly awaiting the reveal of the villain who will face the Rider’s supernatural journey.

Adding another layer of cosmic adventure to the Gosling and Levy orbit, the duo is also charting a course through the galaxy with a Star Wars feature. They are currently developing Star Wars: Starfighter, a project that promises epic space travel.

During a recent Disney D23 event, details about the Star Wars film were unveiled, including the naming of Gosling’s character as Kade Auberon. Gosling shared insight into the role, noting that Kade is “a guy from the wrong side of the galaxy, whose fate is intertwined with the fastest starfighter ever built.”

Director Levy added that he felt honored to release their film on the same weekend as the original Star Wars, marking a connection to cinematic history. The teaser for Star Wars: Starfighter hinted at Kade’s adventure, where he embarks on a journey through alien worlds while piloting a decommissioned fighter jet that is once touted as the fastest ever constructed.
