Street Fighter Movie Action Trailer
Get ready to punch your way into history, because Paramount Pictures and Legendary Entertainment have dropped a brand-new official trailer for the live-action Street Fighter film.
Set against the backdrop of 1993, the story throws its heroes into a whirlwind of combat when the legendary Street Fighters Ryu (played by Andrew Koji) and Ken Masters (Noah Centineo) are unexpectedly recruited by the enigmatic Chun-Li (Callina Liang).
Their mission? To compete in the next World Warrior Tournament—a brutal clash where fists, fate, and pure fury will determine the victor.
But this high-stakes battle royale is only the surface. Lurking beneath the surface of the tournament is a far more dangerous reality: a deadly conspiracy that forces these warriors to confront not only each other, but also the demons of their own past. The stakes couldn’t be higher, and if they fail, it will be GAME OVER!
The film boasts an absolutely staggering cast, bringing an incredible array of talent to the arena. The roster features stars like Cody Rhodes as Guile, Orville Peck as Vega, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson as Balrog, Jason Momoa as Blanka, Olivier Richters as Zangief, Mel Jarnson as Cammy, and many more, including roles for E. Honda, M. Bison, Akuma, and Don Sauvage.
The production itself is a global spectacle, having been shot across Australia during much of the second half of last year. The creative vision is helmed by Kitao Sakurai, who directed the feature from a script co-written with T.J. Fixman.
This epic collaboration is backed by the power of major studios, as Legendary Entertainment is co-developing and co-producing the film alongside Capcom.
Mark your calendars: the action is set to explode onto the big screen on October 16th.
