In this new adventure, not-so-jolly Saint Nick must face a new kind of menace: a ruthless gangster (played by Jared Harris) who is systematically terrorizing the merchants of the Silver Bell Mall. But when Santa forgets the true meaning of Christmas, he finds himself stranded in the heart of this lively community, desperate for help.

Sapped of his magical reserves and facing escalating threats, Santa must rediscover his faith in goodness and call in some crucial last-minute reinforcements. The unlikely ally he turns to is none other than Mrs. Claus (Kristen Bell), ready to join the fray against the goons threatening the mall.
