Jason Voorhees haunted house comes to Germany
Get ready to scream, because Jason Voorhees is officially making an international appearance, and Germany is leading the charge! Movie Park Germany has unveiled the new Jason Universe haunted house, promising a truly immersive journey into the world of the iconic slasher.
This massive new attraction is set to headline the upcoming Halloween Horror Festival, bringing fans face-to-face with the legacy of Friday the 13th. The experience pulls directly from the celebrated films, specifically drawing inspiration from Friday the 13th Part 2 through Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives.
Inside the haunted house, guests will navigate 14 detailed scenes, including recognizable settings like the barn, the camp, and the forest, all woven into an atmosphere designed for maximum dread. The entire experience is wrapped up under the theme “Legends Never Die,” solidifying Jason’s place as an unstoppable cinematic icon.
This installment represents a major expansion of the Jason Universe brand, which is rapidly moving beyond the screen and into immersive entertainment. The concept is built in partnership with Horror, Inc., and the design and construction are handled by specialists like Leisure Expert Group and Props & Zo.
The expansion is already well underway. Earlier this year, the franchise saw other immersive ventures, including Jason Universe: Survive the Night and the interactive Jason Universe: Director’s Cut experiences across the United States. Furthermore, the franchise has branched out into other theme park attractions, such as Jason: Blood Reign, which is hitting major parks like Six Flags.
