The story centers on Frances Neagley, portrayed brilliantly by Maria Sten. Neagley is a private investigator based in Chicago, but her past is deeply intertwined with the world of Jack Reacher. She carries the training and experience gained from being part of the Army’s 110th Special Investigations Unit, skills she now deploys to hunt for justice after a beloved friend vanishes under suspicious circumstances.

Equipped with a unique blend of grit and military precision, Neagley navigates dangerous territory, relying on her experiences from the unit and her history with Reacher to uncover the menacing evil lurking beneath the surface.
